Future Experience Design ─ A new Design Model

How do we shape the future? Where can ideas and development processes start? A newly developed model for a future-oriented Experience Design.

In an interactive impulse talk, Beate Hartwig, design trainer, lecturer and author of the first German compact book on Experience Design ("User Experience Design"), will present the newly developed model for future-oriented Experience Design.
The talk is aimed at anyone who wants to design and develop something new.

Based on the latest scientific findings, the Future Experience Design model was developed. This gives you a tangible picture of concrete starting points in Experience Design for the sustainable, human-centric development of future products and services. In this way, a uniform understanding of the topic of Experience Design can be established and starting points for innovative ideas can be set.
