Why are print magazines more relevant and valuable than ever in the digital age? What makes them successful and underlines good journalism's sensual, elegant component?
As part of the Munich Creative Business Week, the design publication Grafikmagazin will present an exhibition in the Vitsoe showroom from May 06 to 14. With attention to detail and a passion for versatile design, selected novum covers will be curated and shown alongside newer issues of Grafikmagazin, illustrating the art of high-quality, haptic design covers.
With their quality standards, Grafikmagazin magazines and Vitsoe shelves form a wonderful symbiosis, as the company strives for sustainable, responsible design and does not pursue temporary trends but the timeless approach of making furniture better instead of newer.
As part of the exhibition, a one-hour discussion round will take place on May 09 at 5:30 p.m in which four experts will have their say on the subject of magazine design. See also the corresponding web seminar series at the IGEPA Academy.
Grafikmagazin's participation in the international design event MCBW in collaboration with Vitsoe is based on a set of shared values: Designers and design lovers alike benefit from getting in touch with each other, are able to learn from one another and ultimately get inspired by their common love, which is the beauty of carefully crafted goods.
