Pop-up apartment from SoLebIch.de - An old apartment in Haidhausen in need of renovation was turned into a true gem with the help of exclusive design brands. Nominated: Best of Interior 2023 (Callwey)

The almost 90 sqm design apartment sees itself as a study of what urban living could look like in the future. We want to make it possible to experience how design, craftsmanship and technology make our everyday life easier and improve the quality of life, regardless of the available living space. To do so, we worked together with the most innovative companies from the respective areas for two years.
The lighting experts of the Danish label ONE A have designed an extraordinary lighting concept that can be easily operated from the switch systems of the smart home specialist Basalte. With Kaldewei - Germany's leading manufacturer of bathroom equipment - a monochrome resting place was created on 8 sqm. In the kitchen, next125 integrated a pocket system in addition to a large kitchen island, where the washing machine and dishwasher discreetly move into the background. Color expert Juliana Gräfin von Gatterburg from Caparol Icons supported the team in creating the color concept. Long black planks with a saw structure from Parador run across the entire floor of the apartment. Plant and flower installations by Pflanzenfreude.de and Tollwasblumenmachen.de bring nature into our Munich home. Limited edition photographs by Lumas lure us into other worlds. The iconic Tripp Trapp children's chair and an adaptable crib by Stokke meet modular, multifunctional furniture by USM.
