Christian Stephan is a senior director for innovation and disruption at Gartner's CIO Research Group. He helps business leaders harness the potential of technology, trends, and ideas to drive their own innovation, transform their businesses, and create revolutionary momentum. His research focuses on emergent technology, startups, business transformation and strategy.
Previously, Christian spent eight years as Head of Innovation Research for a global retail company, for which he was responsible for innovation strategies and implementations in the areas of customer experience, business process improvement and building new business models.
