Both in Circular Design and in the design of sustainable food systems, the question arises how, by linking centuries-old cultural and craft techniques and observing micro-organic processes in nature and in the laboratory, new perspectives can be adopted, thus expanding our perception of the present to include aspects that were previously hidden from us.
