Hella Jongerius

Hella Jongerius founded her studio Jongeriuslab in 1993. Since then she has been researching and developing products, collections and interiors for international companies such as Maharam, KLM, Vitra and Daskina. Her designs combine the latest technological achievements with craft techniques, some of which are centuries old. She explores how to improve design's mediating role between people and the world.
